Zen is two-stage low income housing development in the Adelaide CBD. Both stages feature northern facing rooftop gardens for all residents, and the pedestrian friendly locale is just moments from Adelaides buzzing Rundle Street precinct. Interiors are pared back and minimalist Zen sets the stage for a life in harmony with city rhythms.

Branding elements were crafted to create a a unique aesthetic inspired by Japanese zen temples. The logo is a modern take on the buddhist ‘enso’, whilst the red used through the branding efforts was sampled from Tadao Ando’s Water Temple.
